COMMITTEE MEETING - 23 JANUARY 2018

In line with our aim to re-energise our support group, this year we are:

• Focusing on publicising our support group
• Improving the management, content, and ambience of monthly meetings
• Publicising prostate cancer awareness

Fundraising will be a secondary consideration.

The Committee approved expenditure on the web site, mobile phone, meeting room equipment, table cloth, banner and folding table, laminator and pouches, information card. 

1st May Support Group meeting will be "Meet and Chat".

The Summer Party will be on the front lawn/summer house at St John's and it is confirmed for 6 pm Tuesday 3rd July. There will be drinks and a finger buffet. Members will be encouraged to invite friends and family, children welcome. In the event of bad weather, we will move into the Metcalfe Lounge.

1st January 2019 is the first Tuesday: agreed to move the January 2019 meeting to 8th January 2019.
