Membership

Anyone may join the group as membership is not exclusively for those affected by prostate cancer. 

By becoming a member, your details will be added to our database (subject to your permission) and the group will keep in touch with you about the activities of the group.

We do ask for a small donation of £5 per new member to cover administration costs, but this is not mandatory. 

Your details will be stored in compliance with Data Protection law, and will not be passed to a third party.  

To join

• come to one of our meetings and hand a completed form to our membership secretary
• or pick up one of our forms at your surgery or hospital clinic and post the completed form to us  
• or send an email to contactcpcsg@gmail.com with your name, address and contact details
• or ring us on our dedicated mobile helpline  07703 477391 where you can also leave a message
