Coventry & North Warwickshire PCSG - Open Meeting

Thursday 16th January, 2025 at 7:15 for 7:30 at Broadstreet RFC, Rugby Road, Binley Woods, Coventry.
We were deligheted to welcome Richard Bean as our guest speaker at our 2025 opening meeting. Richard has recently recieved treatment for localised prostate cancer. Rich is now retired after a career in banking. He described his family situation, activities, and interests and the impact that his diagnosis and treatemnt had had in these areas. His talk was open and compelling, reminding us of the many ramifications of prostate cancer treatment on our lives.
Rich had responded to a request by PC UK for stories. As a result, he was interviewed by the daily press and his story appeared in both the Mirror and daily Express on Tuesday 14th January. We hope to include his article on this page.

Our next Prostate Health Awareness event will be held on Saturday 20th September Queen's Diamond Jubilee Centre, Bruce Williams Way, Rugby, CV22 5LJ. As usual we continue to use the Graham Fulford online booking system. As a result our events run smoothly with minimal queuing and adequate social distancing. See Coming Events for more detail.
