PSA Testing Event - Saturday 1st December 2018

This event at St Finbarr's Sports and Social Club was a great success - we tested nearly 60 men. Again the event went smoothly, and we had time to talk to participants and answer their questions. Thanks are due to our volunteers who created such a helpful and friendly atmosphere. We also welcomed back a few men who had attended previous sessions in 2017.

During the proccedings Jim Bannon very kindly gave us a donation towards our awareness events. This is not the first time we have benefited from Jim's kindness. We are indebted to him for his hard work and generosity in raising funds for the group.

Special thanks to Brian Matthews, the Gaffer of The Brickies ; Peter Fitzgerald; a local sponsor who donated cash but did not want any publicity; people who donated bottles for the raffle; the ladies that help me by selling raffle tickets; and above all, the many who came out to support us. Hope to have another Charity night on Friday 15th Feb: venue to be announced later.
