We will be returning to our face to face meetings at Solihull Methodist Church https://www.solihull-methodist.org.uk/about-us/where-are-we/
To ensure the safety of attendees we would ask that you follow the guidance below:
- Get a coronavirus vaccine when it is offered to you (See https://www.macmillan.org.uk/coronavirus/cancer-and-coronavirus )
- Don’t come to a meeting if you feel unwell or have been “pinged” by the NHS App or if told to isolate by NHS Test and Trace.
- Use lateral flow tests to check that you are not carrying COVID. (You can pick up a Lateral Flow Test from Solihull High Street next to the Halifax bank.)
- You may wish to wear a face covering. These will be available and is encouraged.
- Sanitise your hands. Sanitiser will be available.
- Try not to sit too close to other people if there is room to do so. Some people may still want to keep 2m away and there will be a segregated area for people wishing to maintain a greater social distance from others
- There will be no collection of money, no raffle and no queue to enter the building we will however keep a register of those attending.
- Entrance as usual through the front door. This door and the emergency exit door will remain open to allow flow of air and allow exit from both doors
- No refreshments will be offered.
- Red, Amber or Green Lanyards available to clearly show your personal preference for maintaining social distance – Red indicates “I’m keeping my distance”, Amber “Okay with talking but not touching”; “Green – OK with normal contact, handshakes etc.”
We also plan to concurrently host this meeting on Zoom. Please contact us to be sent a Zoom link if you wish to dial in.
