Coventry & North Warwickshire Prostate Cancer Support Group Open Meeeting - Thursday 7th June

This meeting of the C&NW PCSG was held at the Ambleside Community Sports Club in Nuneaton on Thursday 7th June at 7:30.
The meeting was well attended, and it was particularly nice to see two members who have been absent from the group for quite a while due to ill health. We had an informal and constructive exchange of experiences. This was followed by a brief description and discussion on the "Holistic Needs Assessment" application developed by Warwick University Medical School. This Internet based application is designed to help identify the medical and support needs of men who have had or are having treatment for prostate cancer, and are under the care of their GPs.
Our next Prostate Health Awareness event will be held on Saturday 28th February at Christ the KIng Parish Centre, 14 Westhill Road, Coundon, Coventry, CV6 2AA. As usual we continue to use the Graham Fulford online booking system. As a result our events run smoothly with minimal queuing and adequate social distancing. See Coming Events for more detail.
